The things people usually ask before signing up.

I don't have a partner — can I still play?

Yes. Choose "I need a partner" when you sign up and we'll pair you with another player looking for one. We'll let you know who you're playing with by email before the season starts. And if we can't find you a partner in time, we'll refund your registration fee.

What's Swiss format?

Each week you play a pair with a similar record to yours, so matches stay close and competitive all season. There are no knockouts — everyone plays every week, whatever their results.

What if I can't make a week?

If one of you can't make a week, it's up to you and your partner to sort a replacement between you. If neither of you can make it, that week simply goes down as a missed week for your pair.

What's the refund policy?

If we can't find you a partner, or you don't get fully registered in time for the season start, we'll refund your registration fee. If you need to withdraw before the season starts, get in touch and we'll refund you in full. Once the league is underway we can't usually offer refunds, but talk to us — we'll always try to be fair.
